LONDON, UK Friday Jul.28.2006 / -- For their current single "Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)," the Lostprophets took some inspiration from the Zach Braff movie, "Garden State."

Singer Ian Watkins tells MTV he happened to see the film on TV one day. He says the scene when the characters all scream into a quarry had a big effect on him. "You reach this point where you need a release. You're either happy or pissed off so you just scream and remind yourself and everyone around you that you're alive," explains Ian.

"Rooftops" is the first single from Lostprophets' latest album "Liberation Transmission," in stores now.
