NASHVILLE, TN Tuesday Aug.8.2006 / -- Thirteen-time Canadian Country Music Award winner and reigning Female Vocalist of the Year Terri Clark scored four nominations to this year's awards, set for September 11.

The Alberta, Canada native is again up for Female, as well as CMT Video of the Year ("She Didn't Have Time") and Album of the Year (for her acclaimed 2005 disc, Life Goes On). Clark is also nominated for the Fans' Choice Award, a fan-voted honor she's won five times previously.

"The CCMAs hold such a special place in my heart because I'm so proud of my Canadian heritage. The fact that the Canadian music industry and fans embrace me and my music means so much to me, and I'm very grateful for these nominations. I'm also looking forward to getting in the studio in the next couple of months to get started on my first BNA recording project!"

Canadian-born Clark maintains dual Canadian and U.S. citizenship.
