LOS ANGELES, CA Thursday Aug.30.2007 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- MySpace has announced the official launch of the "MySpace Music Tour."

The first tour will feature over 30 shows across the US, kicking things off October 16th in Seattle, WA with music acts Hellogoodbye and Say Anything. More bands will be annouced soon.

Tom Anderson, president and co-founder of MySpace says, "MySpace has served as a platform for countless bands and musicians around the world to showcase and promote their music to millions of fans online."

According to CNNMoney.com, MySpace has more than eight million bands using the site to date, and is "America's most trafficked website."
