NEW YORK, NY Tuesday Oct.30.2007 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Ciara celebrated her 22nd birthday Thursday night at Nikki Beach Midtown in New York. She was joined by Missy Elliott on the dance floor before taking off for the VIP section upstairs.

Ciara told People Magazine at the event that "great friend" 50 Cent gave her a birthday gift, but she wouldn't say what it was. "For some reason, with this friend, everybody turns everything into something else!" she said.
