NEW YORK, NY Monday Nov.24.2003 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Gerald Levert recently had a "A Stroke of Genius," but he's still keeping himself humble. Actually, "A Stroke of Genius" is the album he released in October as a followup to his 2002 album, "The G Spot." The NMC artist will be keeping himself grounded by touring through January 2004, and by participating in a fundraiser.

The touring schedule began Sunday, November 23, at New York's Westbury Music Fair, and supports "A Stroke of Genius." That album features the single "You Got That Love Again." Levert's current charitable effort involves auctioning off (via eBay) six teddy bears donated by Vermont Teddy Bears. All proceeds will go to the American Sickle Cell Anemia Association. The winning bidders will receive a bear with their name embroidered on it, and autographed by Levert.
