NEW ORLEANS, LA Thursday Dec.4.2003 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Starting with a concert on Feb. 3, 2004, at the New Orleans House of Blues, Erykah Badu will be hitting the road for two months in support of her latest release, "Worldwide Underground." Guest artists on this EP - the album is almost 50 minutes longer than Badu's previous album, 2000's "Mama's Gun" - include Lenny Kravitz, Angie Stone, and Queen Latifah.

Badu found the inspiration for "Worldwide Underground" in her previous tour (2002), which she deemed the "Frustrated Artist Tour." Finding herself stuck for new material to write, she decided to do a club tour, and get back "to the essence of the underground. The people, the fans brought the energy I needed to create 'Worldwide Underground,'" said Badu in a press release.

Badu's tour schedule can be found at her website.
