NASHVILLE, TN Friday Apr.23.2004 / -- Wednesday night, was "Nothin' But a Good Time" as Bret Michaels of Poison hosted a late-night, star-studded, country and rock 'n' roll mosh pit of a jam session at "The Stage," a Nashville nightclub located on a neon strip of lower Broadway, open to the public. Big country names attended including Toby Keith, Joe Nichols, Rascal Flatts, Troy Gentry of Montgomery Gentry, Jeffrey Steele, Mark Wills, Chris Cagle and singer/songwriters Marcel, and Arlos Smith (wrote Rascal's latest, "Mayberry").

"Country and rock music have such incredibly loyal fans," said Bret from the nightclub's crowded stage. "I'm just really glad to be able to play for you guys. It's all about giving back to all of you who have been there for us and that's what we're gonna do tonight! The industry should be kissing your a-- because you're the real deal and you make the music world go around."
