CHICAGO, IL Thursday Jul.1.2004 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Due to a death in the family of Prince drummer John Blackwell, Prince has rescheduled four shows at Chicago's Allstate Arena.

Billboard reports that the June 26 show will be held August 3, while the June 28 show will now take place July 22. The June 29 show will now happen July 23, and the June 30 concert has been moved to July 24. Prince's "Musicology" tour resumes on July 12 in New York City at Madison Square Garden.

Tickets for the postponed shows will be honored on the new dates. Refunds are available at point of purchase as well.
