The San Francisco punk trio plans to release the song "Holiday" as its next single from "American Idiot." The song is expected to hit airwaves sometime after Christmas, and Green Day has already finished the video.
In an interview with MTV, singer Billie Joe Armstrong reveals, "'Holiday' is the prequel to 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams,' so we shot both videos at the same time. You get to see what actually happened before we ended up walking in the desert. We had a little party in a car and partied on top of the car and everywhere else."
