LOS ANGELES, CA Tuesday Mar.15.2005 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Celebrities and eBay have come together once again to raise money for tsunami relief efforts. Musicians including Duran Duran, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, Maroon 5, Kanye West and Franz Ferdinand singer Alex Kapranos are among the artists who have autographed a soccer ball currently available at the auction Web site through March 18. The net proceeds will go to GlobalGiving to help fund tsunami relief efforts.

The official UK Football League ball has also been signed by MCA from the Beastie Boys, The Cure's Robert Smith, Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett, Apl.de.Ap from Black Eyed Peas and OutKast's Andre 3000, among others.

Duran Duran spearheaded the charity effort and collected the signatures on the soccer ball. Along with the autographed ball, the winning bidder will receive a Letter of Authenticity signed by the members Duran Duran.
