NEW YORK, NY Friday Sep.23.2005 / -- Jill Scott, Pretty Ricky, and T.I. are lending a hand to raise funds for those affected by Hurricane Katrina.

This Saturday, September 24th, these artists will be in New York City at the International Association of African American Music Foundation's "Cater 2 U" luncheon.

Scott, Pretty Ricky and T.I. are among the musical celebrities who will be guest servers during the fundraising event, which takes place at the Big Apple's Negril Village restaurant. Other participating artists include Roy Ayers, Jean Carne, and Slum Village.

The "Cater 2 U" luncheon will also feature silent and live auctions featuring celebrity-donated items, including concert tickets to see Kool and the Gang, and items from Destiny's Child, Eric Benet, Musiq and more. Proceeds benefit Hurricane Katrina victims.
