NEW YORK, NY Tuesday Oct.4.2005 /netmusiccountdown.com/ --
There's a glut of new music hitting stores this Tuesday, October 4th.
Among the artists with brand new albums out today are Simple Plan, Franz Ferdinand, Nickelback, Twista, and Fiona Apple.
Simple Plan's latest, "Live From the Hard Rock," captures the Montreal band during a performance for MTV's "Hard Rock Live" series in Orlando earlier this year. Canadian modern rockers Nickelback release "All the Right Reasons," the follow-up to their multi-platinum "The Long Road." From across the pond, Scottish alt-art rockers Franz Ferdinand deliver their hotly anticipated second album "You Could Have It So Much Better" with 13 new tracks. And the long-awaited new album from Fiona Apple -- called "Extraordinary Machine" -- is in stores at last.
In hip-hop news, Chicago rapper Twista returns with "The Day After." The follow-up to Twista's "Kamikaze" features guest spots by Pitbull, Pharrell Williams, Trey Songz and Jamie Foxx.
